The Engineer is responsible for all on-field activities related to project execution, including but not limited to site survey, installation & maintenance of residential rooftop solar projects.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Site Surveys & Design Approvals:
1. Assess and communicate site details and measurements accurately to the design team. Coordinate & assist the
design team in the final design with site layout and all other required details
2. If required, explain the design to the client to expedite approvals.
• Project Installation:
1. Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyr’s systems and processes are
followed during installation. Where required, close monitoring of installations will need to be done. Ensure
project execution with zero errors across all residential project sites
• Quality Assessments:
1. Primarily responsible for all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites in the assigned
region for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants.
2. Strict adherence to pre-set parameters at all plants as part of the quality assessment post-installation of
all sites.
• Maintenance & After Sales Support:
1. Provide after-sales service support & maintenance, as required.
2. To ensure proper maintenance by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule
3. Assigned service requests to be diagnosed to identify the root cause, as well as for an efficient long-term
resolution. Troubleshooting, fault findings & root cause analysis.
• Reporting:
1. Maintaining files and documents related to site surveys, project execution for each client, and service
reports after service calls.
2. To provide up-to-date daily work status reports via email to the reporting manager

 

Mandatory Requirements
• Diploma/ITI / B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical)
• 2-3 years’ experience in execution / O&M.
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral & written communication skills.

practices

Roles and responsibilities:
• Process all net-metering, load enhancement applications, and other such related applications for
clients in coordination with local DISCOMs.
• Ensure timely completion of all feasibility, net-metering & subsidy-related inspections in
coordination with local DISCOMs.
• Coordinate with Documentation interns/trainees at HO in completing all related net-metering &
subsidy documentation for timely inspections.
• Coordinate with meter testing departments for quick turnaround of meter testing.
• Coordinate and communicate as needed with clients and ensure timely updates are provided
regarding the net-metering process.
• Track the net-metering status of all projects in a timely manner and submit daily progress reports.
• Communicate progress as per established processes of the company.
• Build strong relationships with local DISCOM officials.
Requirements
• Minimum Educational requirement- ITI or Cleared 12th Grade. Freshers will be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office

Roles and responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely registration of feasibility on both National & State
DISCOM portals, load enhancements and any other such related activities.
• Complete all documentation related to net-metering & subsidy as per given SLA’s.
• Track liaising status of all projects in a timely manner and submit progress reports.
• Ensure timely status updation in Zoho Creator & other related applications.
• Co-ordinate with various stakeholders, external and internal for document collection, as and
when required.
• Coordinate & assist field liaising executives in completing all related net-metering & inspections
in a timely manner.

Sales Manager will responsible for generating direct and channel Solar PV sales for Freyr Energy. The candidate is also expected to develop channel partner network in their territory.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the
MSME segment
• Candidate is expected to generate leads themselves and convert it to orders. In addition, they need
to ensure that all marketing leads are followed up.
• Provide clear explanation to clients about owning solar systems, how it will work technically with
the rest of their set-up as well.
• Ability to explain detailed financial calculations to clients to support purchase of solar system.
Return on Investment, Break-Even, Cash flows with and without financing, Accelerated
depreciation etc.
• Generate Techno-Commercial proposal with the help of the design and engineering team
• Support Operations Team with client and project related information
• Daily reporting to AGM Sales as per company process
• Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone

 

Requirements
• Candidates should have B2B Sales experience preferably in MSME segment from any industry vertical will be considered.
• Prior solar experience is a plus
• Prior experience in building a channel sales network is a plus
• Educational requirement: Graduation in any discipline

Solar Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting the monthly residential rooftop solar system sales target.

 

Location: Multiple
Reports to: AGM Sales/ Sr. Sales Manager
Travel: Regularly within an approximate radius of 75 Kms

 

Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for meeting Monthly Sales targets of Solar PV systems for Residential clients.
• Lead Generation – Ensure that all marketing leads being assigned are followed up and work with marketing team to maximize deal conversion and order bookings. Apart from this, candidate is expected to generate their own leads and develop channel partner network in their territory with assistant from the AGM Sales
• Develop an understanding of ROI, payback calculation to incorporate in their sales proposals to potential customers
• Perform Site Surveys, generate Techno-Commercial proposals using the Freyr Energy Platform etc.
• Report on daily basis to AGM Sales/ Sr. SM on critical parameters related to business and internal processes
• Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone. Report deviations to AGM and resolve in a timely manner.

SSE is responsible for obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items. Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Place phone calls to potential clients based on enquiries received by the company
2. Through a set of questions, understand and evaluate the lead.
3. Explain customer about the company and its services. Influence customers to buy solar by
following a prepared sale – give service and product information
4. Maintain records of the leads contacted and assign the potential leads to sales personnel through
the CRM module.

 

Requirement:
• Should have good communication skill in English, Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam & Telugu (Any).
