The Collection Executive is responsible for managing and executing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This role involves contacting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The Collection Executive plays a key role in ensuring timely payments, reducing overdue accounts, and supporting the company’s cash flow and financial health.

Roles and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collection Activities:
    • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect overdue payments.
    • Follow up on accounts that are overdue or in dispute.
  2. Customer Interaction:
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payment disputes or account status.
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
    • Document all customer communications and agreements accurately.
  3. Account Management:
    • Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection.

The Engineer is responsible for all on-field activities related to project execution, including but not limited to site survey, installation & maintenance of residential rooftop solar projects.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Site Surveys & Design Approvals
    • Assess and communicate site details and measurements accurately to design team. Coordinate & assist the design team in the final design with site layout and all other required details
    • If required, explain the design to the client to expedite approvals.
  • Project Installation
    • Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyr’s systems and processes are followed during installation. Where required, close monitoring of installations will need to be done. Ensure project execution with zero errors across all residential project sites
  • Quality Assessments
    • Primarily responsible for all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites in the assigned region for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants.

  • Lead and coordinate activities of a team of documentation executives & state leads for net-metering pan India.
  • Track all feasibility, in-principle, net-metering and CEIG approvals for both residential & commercial clients pan India.
  • Coordinate with SCM team to ensure timely procurement of meters, as per the State discom’s requirement, where we are executing projects, especially residential projects.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM/DGM, SCM to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehouse management, procurement, and MIS. This role is critical in optimizing our supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of rooftop solar systems. The candidate will also develop and implement procurement strategies for residential and MSME projects across the country.

The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing and detailed electrical designs of solar power plants (SPV) for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will also be responsible to support development, engineering, and construction for SPV ranging from 1kW to 5MW.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Independently create and optimize preliminary conceptual design layouts and schematics for grid-tied photovoltaic power plants and battery storage systems.

  • Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME segment

  • Provide clear explanation to clients about owning solar systems, how it will work technically with the rest of their set-up as well.
  • Ability to explain detailed financial calculations to clients to support purchase of solar Return on Investment, Break-Even, Cash flows with and without financing, Accelerated depreciation etc.
  • Generate Techno-Commercial proposal with the help of the design and engineering team
