The candidate will be responsible for the installation and after sales support of all residential projects in the assigned cluster of cities.  
 
Base Location: Hyderabad  
Reports to: I&C Head 
Travel: Significant, Required within assigned Cluster of cities 
 
Roles and responsibilities: 
Candidate shall oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely execution of rooftop solar projects 
meeting highest quality standards while daily reporting of the status of each live project in the assigned cluster to the State Head. 
To take complete ownership of project after material is dispatched from the warehouse to installation 
of the system and provide after-sales support within the assigned cluster. 
To ensure optimal utilization of team of site engineers reporting to him and ensuring their productivity. 
To monitor and support resolution of all O&M tickets raised in the AOR. 
To collaborate with different stakeholders- external, internal & customers to ensure timely completion 
of projects.  
Responsible to ensure all compliances are met with in the stipulated time, such as net-meter 
documentation, procurement of any missing or required material.  
 
Mandatory Requirements: 
BTech (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical)with a minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience in executing Engineering Projects. 
To be proficient in English & Hindi. Knowledge of local language is preferable.  
Detailed oriented with ability to motivate and manage a team of 5-10 site engineers and external installation vendors 
Proficient in MS Office and Project Management 
Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of meeting strict deadlines and effectively leading and scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization.
The Engineer is responsible for all on-field activities related to project execution, including but not limited to site survey, installation & maintenance of residential rooftop solar projects.

Roles and responsibilities: 
  • Site Surveys & Design Approvals 
Assess and communicate site details and measurements accurately to design team. Coordinate & assist the design team in the final design with site layout and all other required details 
If required, explain the design to the client to expedite approvals.  
  • Project Installation 
Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyr’s systems and processes are followed during installation. Where required, close monitoring of installations will need to be done. Ensure project execution with zero errors across all residential project sites  
  • Quality Assessments  
Primarily responsible for all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites in the assigned region for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants.  
Strict adherence to pre-set parameters at all plants as part of the quality assessment post-installation of all sites.  
  • Maintenance & After Sales Support 
Provide after sales service support & maintenance, as required.   
To ensure proper maintenance by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule
Assigned service requests to be diagnosed to identify the root cause, as well as for an efficient long-term resolution. Trouble shooting, fault findings & root cause analysis. 
  • Reporting 
Maintaining of files and documents related to site surveys, project execution for each client and service reports after service calls.  
To provide with up-to-date daily work status report via email to reporting manager 
 

 

Mandatory Requirements

The I&C Engineer will ensure high-quality, seamless execution of residential rooftop solar projects. This will require executing work in person at client sites as needed and overseeing and managing installers at multiple project locations. Finally, they will also assist with AMC/Service as needed.

Compensation: 3-5 LPA

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assess and communicate site details accurately to the design team
  • Review and approve final design with site layout etc.
  • Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyr’s systems and processes are followed during installation

The candidate will be responsible for the overall management & timely tracking of Net-metering and subsidy disbursal for all residential & commercial clients pan India.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate activities of a team of documentation executives & state leads for net metering pan India.
  • Track all feasibility, in-principle, net-metering and CEIG approvals for both residential & commercial clients pan India.
  • Coordinate with SCM team to ensure timely procurement of meters, as per the State discom’s requirement, where we are executing projects, especially residential projects.
  • Track all subsidy applications through the entire workflow, i.e. from the application process till the disbursement of the subsidy from the respective DISCOM.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5+ Yrs experience in project management and managing teams. Experience in working in the electrical sector, securing permissions with DISCOM’s etc. is a plus
  • Good communication skills and prior experience is using Project management software (e.g., MS Projects, Zoho Projects etc.) is mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office ( especially advanced excel & word )

The candidate will work under direct supervision of warehouse manager and will be responsible for managing inventory at the warehouse and tracking of inbound material to warehouse and outbound material to client sites.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for complete inventory management at the warehouse on a FIFO method.
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of inventory levels for all SKU’s at the warehouse to the warehouse manager.
  • Confirm that all material coming into the warehouse from vendors is as per bill of quantity
  • Ensure entire bill of quantity is accurately delivered to each client location
  • Responsible for overall housekeeping, hygiene & security of the warehouse.
  • Responsible for keeping track of utility payments.
  • Have the capability to develop a good ecosystem to hire man-power and arrange for transport as and when required.

  • Process all net-metering, load enhancement applications and other such related applications for clients in coordination with local DISCOM’s.
  • Ensure timely completion of all feasibility, net-metering & subsidy related inspections in coordination with local DISCOM’s.
  • Coordinate with Documentation interns/trainee at HO in completing all related net-metering & subsidy documentation for timely inspections.
  • Coordinate with meter testing departments for quick turnaround of meter testing.
  • Coordinate and communicate as needed with client and ensure timely updates are provided regarding the net-metering process.
  • Track net-metering status of all projects in a timely manner and submit daily progress reports.
  • Communicate progress as per established processes of the company.

  • Candidate is expected to generate leads themselves and convert it to orders. In addition, they need to ensure that all marketing leads are followed up.
  • Provide clear explanation to clients about owning solar systems, how it will work technically with the rest of their set-up as well.
  • Ability to explain detailed financial calculations to clients to support purchase of solar system. Return on Investment, Break-Even, Cash flows with and without financing, Accelerated depreciation etc.
  • Generate Techno-Commercial proposal with the help of the design and engineering team
  • Support Operations Team with client and project related information
  • Daily reporting to AGM Sales as per company process
  • Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone

Solar Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting the monthly residential rooftop solar system sales target.

Location:  Thiruvananthapuram, Karimnagar, Kadapa, Karimnagar, Hyderabad-2, Karimnagar , Vijawada/Guntur, Srikakulam, Solapur, Satna, Rewa, Ratlam, Pallakad/Mallapuram, Kozhikode/Kannur/Kasargod, Kolhapur/Sangli, Kochi, Kakinada, Jhansi, Gwalior, Chittoor, Aurangabad, Ananthapur, Allahabad.

Reports to: AGM Sales/ Sr. Sales Manager

Travel: Regularly within an approximate radius of 75 Kms

Experience: 1-2yrs (Sales experience preferred)

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting Monthly Sales targets of Solar PV systems for Residential
  • Lead Generation – Ensure that all marketing leads being assigned are followed up and work with marketing team to maximize deal conversion and order bookings.   • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the loan processing
  • Prepare and present regular reports on loan processing activities, performance metrics, and compliance status to senior management.
