  • Sales Manager

    Sales Manager will responsible for generating direct and channel Solar PV sales for Freyr Energy. The
    candidate is also expected to develop channel partner network in their territory.

    Location: Mahbubnagar/vizag

    Reports to: AGM Sales / Head Sales

    Travel: Required within an approximate radius of 200 Km

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Responsible for sales of Solar PV systems for residential and to an extent Commercial & Industrial
    • Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets
    • Expert in Net-metering Policy & Solar Subsidy schemes of the State
    • Fair understanding of ROI, payback calculations
    • Liaising experience with local DISCOM & nodal agency
    • Responsible for collection of receivables and ensure outstanding does not cross 30 days
    • Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments and support team members to deliver on expectations
    • Report on daily basis to AGM Sales on critical parameters related to business
    • Undertaking detailed Site Surveys, generate Techno-Commercial proposal

  • AGM-Business Development

    Location: Hyderabad

    Travel: Moderate

    Reporting to: Head Sales

    Experience: 5-7yrs with atleast 1 year in a people management role


    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Revenue and margin – Making sure each deal is meets pre-agreed criteria
    • Reporting to finance team – Prepare deal pipeline, revenue realization etc. to report to Finance team
    • Component compliance – Ensure that all components promised to a client at the deal stage/signing DPR stage are met and complied with, to avoid confusion at site
    • Ops support – Highlight and proactively address any execution challenges that could come up for orders; Proactively address any minor client related issues that come up at the site
    • Deal support – Support sales and CP managers on <50 kW size deals to quickly and efficiently close deals by coordinating with design team and vendors to ensure best price/performance option is given to client
    • Payment collection – Ensure payment from clients is being collected in a timely manner against every milestone. Report deviations to Sales Head and resolve in a timely manner.
    • Market intelligence – Regularly gather competitor intelligence from Sales/CP team and prepare recommendations for Freyr
    • SunPro+ – Ensure that clients are getting regular system updates on Customer App; Database management analyst will report to this position
    • Marketing Leads – Ensure that all marketing leads being assigned to sales/CP team is being followed up; There will be overlap here with the Marketing team also


    • Candidates with B2B Sales experience preferably in MSME segment from any industry verticals will be considered.
    • MBA and/or B-Tech is preferred
