Roles and responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and ensure O&M activities for all completed - Residential, C&I and Govt. Projects. Complete accountability for Plant Maintenance - Preventive & Corrective Maintenance and adherence to the schedule.
- Day to day resolution of all O&M tickets of Freyr’s customers, O&M subcontractors, vendors, investors and various project stakeholders to deliver superior service and ensure its deployed systems perform at or above expectations.
- Immediately report any performance shortfall at a site along with a plan of action
- Ability to satisfy and convince customers with patience and understanding of the problem.
- Monitor Compliances as applicable at Plant level.
- Review Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly performance of installations through monitoring of generation data.
