Reports to: Senior Manager- O&M
Travel: High. Required travel to sites on a need basis

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and ensure O&M activities for all completed – Residential, C&I, and Govt. Projects. Complete accountability for Plant Maintenance – Preventive & Corrective Maintenance and adherence to the schedule.
  • Day-to-day resolution of all O&M tickets of Freyr’s customers, O&M subcontractors, vendors, investors, and various project stakeholders to deliver superior service and ensure its deployed systems perform at or above expectations.
  • Immediately report any performance shortfall at a site along with a plan of action
  • Ability to satisfy and convince customers with patience and understanding of the problem.
  • Monitor Compliances as applicable at Plant level.
  • Review Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly performance of installations through monitoring of generation data.
  • Manage and coach the O&M Team- manage work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support at site
  • Work effectively with O&M vendors and increase the base of O&M vendors over time


Mandatory Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline, Diploma/B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical) with experience in a similar role will be preferred
  • 4-5 yrs overall experience with Solar Plants in I&C/O&M
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience in working in teams and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The I&C Engineer will ensure high-quality, seamless execution of C&I rooftop solar projects. This will require executing work in person at client sites as needed and overseeing and managing installers at multiple project locations. Finally, they will also assist with AMC/Service as needed.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assess and communicate site details accurately to the design team
  • Review and approve final design with site layout etc.
  • Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyr’s systems and processes are followed during installation
  • Timely execution with zero errors across all C&I project sites
  • Provide after-sales service support, as needed
  • Maintaining files and documents related to project execution for each client, including sign-offs of documents
  • To provide with up-to-date weekly/fortnightly status report
  • Co-ordinate with a local supplier to get the material on time
  • Co-ordinate with local transporter to deliver the material from supplier place to site

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Diploma/ITI / B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical)
  • Hands-on experience of 4 to 6 years in solar I&C assignments.
  • Knowledge of installing DG Sync, SCADA, and integrating PLC with I/O systems.
  • Good proficiency in Excel, and decent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code, National Occupational Standards (NOS), and standard 
    design/construction practices

  • Advice and help optimize content for websites, blogs, ads, and other digital platforms as required.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with our marketing team to create content that ranks higher on search engines.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices.
  • 2+ years of SEO experience, including content creation, keyword research, and reporting.
  • Strong, successful technical experience in SEO
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Social media savvy and have knowledge of ongoing digital trends.
  • Past experience or skills in enabling the websites to gain better search engine rankings
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Any certificate or diploma degree or degree in this field.
