  • Channel Partner Engagement Manager

    Channel Partner Engagement Manager develops and grows relationships with channel partners. Drives the CP engagement and performance optimization strategy under the guidance of Head-Sales.

    Location: Hyderabad

    Reports to: Head Sales

    Travel: Position requires extensive travel

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. Develops and implements qualifying criteria to identify suitable Channel Partners.
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Monitors sales activities of partners to generate revenue and recommends improvements to CP Engagement strategy.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
    • Coordinate with partners to implement business plans to meet sales goals.
    • Develops the CP Training Scope and content on the following aspects:
      • Product Knowledge: Educate the CPs on product portfolio, subsidies, discount schemes, financing scheme, complimentary services offered, conducting site survey to collect the measurements of available installation space and involved factors, carrying out the using Sunpro+ for proposal generation, etc.
      • Customer Relationship Management: Trains Channel partners about engaging with potential customers understanding their requirements, providing them up-to-date information and Company provided artifacts, flyers, etc. to create the desired impact, extending the required support during the I&C activities, payment collection and handling any project commissioning issues, etc.
    • Develops positive working relationship with partners to build business.
    • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop CP Engagement Strategy.
    • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
    • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
    • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
    • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
    • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
    • Collects CP engagement and performance data through surveys, Zoho CRM data, etc., analyses the same to draw objective inferences from the same.


    • Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
    • Experience: 5-8 years. Prior experience in working with Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Battery and Inverter sales is desired.
    • Assertive and impactful Communicator. Possesses good communication skills, written, spoken and presentation.
    • Comfortable working on MS Word and Excel and Web applications like Zoho, etc.

  • Logistics Executive

    The Logistics Executive will assist in optimization of all Logistics operations for Freyr energy services under the direct supervision of GM-Operations on Solar PV projects of medium to high complexity. The candidate will also be responsible for floating enquiries, negotiating payment terms, maintaining delivery schedule, evaluating techno-commercial proposals from vendors.

    Location: Hyderabad

    Reports to: GM-Operations

    Travel: Requires travel to vendor site and project site

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the Logistics operations in the Company
    • Work with internal departments and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products
    • Can work with manufacturing organizations, trading companies, etc.
    • Involved in performing analysis of the overall budget/expenses for the logistics operations of the organization and determining the most cost-effective and efficient means of transportation services
    • Responsible and accountable for the direct day-to-day operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, or accuracy, or timeliness objectives of the department, as well as manage logistics personnel and systems like Zoho Projects, etc.
    • Works together with logistics planners to forecast demand in their markets and build logistics plans to guarantee availability of products or services and streamline processes and flow of goods from point of order to delivery.
    • Responsible for providing an uninterrupted flow of materials, supplies, and services to meet customer demand.
    • On-boarding standard logistics vendors companies across India, for both intracity and intercity transport.

    Mandatory Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in B.E Electronics or other related discipline in Material Management
    • At least 5 years progressive experience in solar PV EPC Projects SCM/Procurement, Should have knowledge about specs of various components which goes into the project and also the local and international regulatory requirements.
    • Vendor management skill
    • Must be willing to travel to vendor location and project site

    Additional Requirements

    • Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
    • Prior experience in working with both intercity and intracity transporter companies, with own fleet is desired.
    • Owns a 2-Wheeler and driving license.
    • Conversant in Telugu, Hindi and English. Assertive communication.
    • Comfortable working on MS Office- Word and Excel and Web applications like Zoho

  • Documentation Executive

    The Documentation Executive shall be responsible for:

    • Submitting documents that will help the company secure subsidy approvals and reimbursements from the government for residential projects across the company
    • Assist in compiling documents to assist in billing for all other tenders-based projects

    Location: Hyderabad

    Reports to: GM-Tenders

    Travel: Travel on an as needed basis

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Residential subsidy projects:
      • Coordinate with the sales team to collect all documents from customers
      • Submit documents to the government agency for installation approval
      • Submit post installation documents in a timely manner and follow-up with the government agency to ensure that subsidy is disbursed to Freyr Energy in a timely manner
    • Other tenders’ projects:
      • Prepare a list documents that need to be collected and submitted at various stages of billing
      • Work with Operations team to ensure all necessary documents are shared and collected in a timely manner
      • Follow-up with tendering authorities to secure payments
    • Maintain up-to-date MIS data on Zoho

    Additional Requirements

    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience of working in a similar role with a solar background is desirable.
    • Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
    • Conversant in Telugu, Hindi and English. Assertive communication.
    • Must be willing to travel
